We have worked with hundreds of clients in many different industries and we have been receiving referrals from our own clients since our first website was launched. We have started the TVI Partner Program at the request of clients who wanted to be able to offer their customers the services that we provide under their own companies name and branding. In addition we are now offering a commission structure for referrals where the referrer doesn’t want to be involved with the project development.

What websites can TVI provide?
Essentially we are a web development agency with in-house developers and designers. As such we can build any website that a customer would want – however we specialise in providing good looking, search engine friendly websites with bespoke content management systems (our TVI Content and Commerce platforms). These allow our clients to edit the content on their own websites through any internet enabled PC without having to download or use any additional software.

Why should I join the TVI Partner Program?
The TVI Partner Program allows you to offer your clients a full website development service with as much or as little of your own involvement as you want.
If your business brings you in contact with other companies, whether or not you offer similar services, you could profit from referring our services to them.
What types of companies should join the TVI Partner Program?
Any company can join the program; there is no charge and no minimum number of referrals.
If you have customers, clients, acquaintances, or know anyone else who might be looking for a new website or redevelopment of their old site, you can make money without doing any additional work.
We believe that our service speaks for itself and that our own clients are the best placed to endorse and recommend our work, however we don’t insist that you have used our services yourself to join the program. All we ask is that you have the permission of the company you are referring us to before you pass us their details.
How does the TVI Partner Program work?
We offer two types of partnership, depending on your needs:
1) Fully Branded Solution
You look after your client throughout the whole project development, TVI acts as your own internal web-development department and we have as much or as little direct interaction with your client as you require.
If you offer graphic design, print work, marketing, PR, or any other service where you have an ongoing relationship with your clients then our service can help you retain your customers – if you can offer them a professional and functional website then they won’t need to look elsewhere, with the possibility that another company may try to offer them services they currently obtain from you: We guarantee that your client is your client – we don’t tread on anyone’s toes and we won’t market services to your client that you haven’t expressly asked us to provide.
You get your client’s project specification directly from them (we can advise on the information that will be needed to accurately quote for their requirements) We will then give you a fixed price quote for the work and you can mark up as much or as little as you like.
If you offer design services and wish for us to use your designs for the project, all we ask is that you discuss any mock-ups with us before you pass them to your client, we can then advise on any practicalities that would need to be observed for the designs to work as a website. If you wish to use your own designs all we ask is that we see the designs before giving a final quote. Once a project is agreed we will work with you and your client (if required) to ensure the smooth design and development of the website – you can use our expertise right up to the website launch and beyond.
Our aim is for your clients to be impressed with your service and happy to recommend you to their own customers – a win-win situation for both you and TVI.
2) Referral Scheme
We offer a complete provider service for all your web design projects. We will look after the whole project for you from creating the technical specification to design, implementation, hosting and launch. You simply let your clients know that you have partnered with TVI and refer them to our website through the dedicated referral link that we will give you when you join our program (alternatively, let us know their company name and if they contact us via phone we can match them up to your referral account).
We pay 10% of the final project price as a referral fee to you on completion (or you are welcome to sell the project yourself, marking up as much as required/desired and then passing the details to us for completion.)
What happens to my client once I pass on a referral?
If, with your clients agreement, you pass us their details with a request for contact we will allocate a dedicated project manager to contact them and discus their requirements. If the referral develops into a contract we will inform you of the commission that will be due and an approximate completion date.
If there are services that we offer that overlap with your own then please make sure that we have details when you sign up for our program, this will endure that, as your partner, we do not offer any services that you are in the position to offer yourself.
What about ongoing costs?
We offer hosting, domain names and (optional) monthly management services to our clients. If you opt for our fully branded solution then we will pass these costs on to you and again, any mark-up in cost is down to you.
For our Referral Scheme we will offer hosting and domain names for the project at our usual rates; as we don’t make a profit on these services we are unable to offer a commission however we pay our usual 10% rate on all management contracts and future work.
Do you offer Search Engine Optimization?
All our websites are designed to be search engine friendly and are built using the most up-to-date technologies and xhtml practices.
SEO should really be an ongoing process for all websites - we can advise on this and, if required, provide a monthly service undertaking whichever aspects the site owners wish to outsource.
Do you provide marketing materials for us?
We have two online demonstration websites, one for out Ecommerce platform (TVI Commerce) and one for our Content Management System (TVI Content). If you are wanting to use our Fully Branded Solution then we can host a copy of both demo sites on a URL of your choosing, allowing you to show clients the functionality without directing them to our websites.
How much money could I earn?
We don’t put a cap or a minimum amount on the commission that you can earn: You do the selling, we do the work. It's that simple.
What do I need to do next?
We would always recommend that the first step should be for you to have a chat with one of our team to discuss our work and see our demo sites. This chat can also give you an indication of our usual costs for websites – although each project is unique there are often similarities between projects and we can go through the options available with you.
If you have a project brief in mind we can discuss that in more detail, otherwise we will take your company details and give you a unique URL to link to us through, if you plan to advertise our services on your website.
The main thing to remember is that we want to make the whole process as simple as possible for both you and your clients, therefore if there is anything you need from us, please just ask!.
